You are all awesome!!!!!
Ardra: I agree with waiting past Nov 11 to transition decorations to Christmas, candy cane ice cream, and wine to manage holidays
Thanks xo
This was a very enjoyable discussion among a group of a like minded friends! Thank you so much for inviting me. Some of the useful snippets I got were
at 10:40 “there is a research that show that people who decorate (for xmas) in November are happier.” And they decide that you need to wait until after November 11 (which is Remembrance Day in Canada) to decorate.
at 20:42 “…I think the way we style ourselves, the way we present ourselves, is an opportunity for us to express our identities…it’s harder to feel sorry for someone who is covered in sequins or glitter.”
at 24:55 She does bounce breaks: has a playlist and a few times a day for the length of just one song she bounces (because she has very limited mobility she thinks of it like what babies do when they are learning to walk. )
at 35:16
“I read somewhere that our taste buds fatigue after four bites.” Maybe the more variety you have on your plate, the less satisfied you will be.
It was so much fun to hear everybody’s thoughts. I would love to continue to touch base regularly with this Pod Squad.
